This new cycle builds on our 2025 pilot, maintaining a clear focus on supporting the creation of rigorous, community-based, multi-site microhabitat programs, with seed funding, structured guidance, and a pathway into the nationwide Practitioners Circle.

The Microhabitat Program Manual remains a core resource within this effort, offering practical guidance for developing strong, durable programs—especially in the communities, species, and climate-vulnerable landscapes where they are most needed.
